A:  Contact us through the web site or by phone. We will call you to set up a time to visit your home. At that time we will discuss the services we offer, our policies, meet your pets and get to know each other a little bit.

If you decide to use our services, then we’ll set up our plan and take the initial 20% deposit and reserve your time slots.

Q:  How do I pay for services and when is payment due?

A:  We currently accept cash, check and money order. A deposit of 20% is due at first visit and remainder of payment is due when services are complete. Payment may be left in an envelope for sitter or other arrangements can be made.

Q:  What’s the cancellation policy?

A:  We understand that situations may change and you may decide not to use our services after you have reserved them, however, our policy states:

0 – 48 hours prior to any service and / or holidays:
Payment in full is charged. No refunds.

2 - 5 days prior to service:
20% of service total is due (equals an 80% refund).

5 days or more prior to service:
     No charge. Full refund.

Q:   Do you have a policy for late paments?

A:   Yes we do and we can discuss this with you at your initial consultation.  We do charge a fee for NSF (non-sufficient funds), returned checks and for late payments.  We will work with a debt collection agency for non-payment of funds if payment is not received promptly.

Q:  What if my dog has special needs?

A:  That’s fine...we’ll talk about specifics when we come to our initial appointment. We have over 20 years experience in pet care and experience in dealing with various behavior and health issues, rest assured, we  will do our very best to take care of your pet.

Q:   What if my dog doesn't get along with other animals or people, can I still utilize your services?

A:   Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.  We will try our best to work with you to integrate our services with your pet, but depending on the severity of issues, a consultation will be necessary.  We are not fans of breed discrimination and believe that dogs are not "born bad or aggressive", but they can become that way without proper training and socialization.  In saying that, we encourage obedience training, positive reinforcement and socialization, socialization, socialization...

Q:   What if I have multiple-animals, can you still pet sit for me?

A:   Yes.  We'll just need to make sure we discuss this during your initial consultation so that we are prepared to handle multiple issues/pets.

Q:   What happens if there's an emergency with my pet or my house while I'm away?

A:   We will try to contact you prior to making any decisions (barring life-threatening emergencies).   During our initial consultation, we'll discuss veterinarians and other necessary items.  If something would happen to your home, i.e. plumbing problems, electricial issues or structual problems, we'll go by the plan we have discussed during our initial consultation.  The initial consultation is very important and we encourage you to have contact numbers ready when we arrive to your home for our meeting.
